Phone numbers in mixed formats, such as (512) 555-0123, 512.555.0123 and 15125550123, make SMS sending and duplicate matching unreliable. E.164 format (a plus sign, the country code, then the number, with no spaces) is the format we use for every GoHighLevel import. Convert your list below. The tool flags numbers it cannot convert safely instead of guessing.

Paste phone numbers (one per line) or upload a CSV and name the phone column. Numbers are converted to E.164 format (for example +15125550123) and anything that cannot be converted safely is flagged instead of guessed.
Your file is read in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded or sent anywhere, and nothing is stored after you close the page.
What the fixer does
- Removes spaces, dashes, dots and brackets.
- Drops extensions written as ext, x or #.
- Treats a leading 00 as an international prefix.
- With country code 1, accepts 10-digit numbers and 11-digit numbers starting with 1; anything else is flagged.
- With another country code, removes one leading 0 (trunk prefix) and adds the code.
Flagged numbers stay as they were, with a note in a new phone_check column, so you can fix them by hand.

Why E.164?
It is the international standard format, it is unambiguous, and the same number always looks the same, which helps when GoHighLevel matches an import against existing contacts by phone.
